Welcome to Invest New Mexico, Governor Bill Richardson's articulated infrastructure plan.

New Mexico faces a virtual "perfect storm" of infrastructure problems. But there are solutions. Read any of the chapters on housing, water, education, transportation, or economic development to find out more about the problems we face and the solutions the Governor wants you to consider.

What infrastructure can we build to manage our way through today's extreme drought? What infrastructure can we invest in to expand our economy? What can we do to address our chronic shortage of affordable housing? How much do we need to spend fixing up our elementary schools, high schools and college campuses?
