New Mexico Fellows



The New Mexico Fellows Program is a prestigious summer internship program designed to introduce advanced college and graduate students to public service and state government. Fellows are placed in state agencies, where they perform specialized projects. Fellowships are available in every state agency and are open to students from a wide variety of backgrounds and academic majors.

Applicants must have attended high school and/or college in New Mexico. Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate Students are encouraged to apply.

The fellowships are paid and last ten weeks during the summer. Most fellowships are located in Santa Fe. Completed applications must be postmarked by April 3, 2009. They can be sent to:
