In accordance with the New Mexico Constitution, Art. XX, Sec. 4, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham appointed Robert O. Sandoval to the Curry County Commissioner, District 1 position and authorized and empowerd him through that appointment to execute and fulfill the duties of that office according to the law, and to uphold said office with the rights and emoluments to which he is legally entitled.

Mr. Sandoval’s term shall last until the next general election as provided by law.
